Description and History:

This is the 4S-043-001D (4S043001D) Dapol OO Gauge 4300 Class GWR Mogul in Great Western Green Livery No.6336. 

The GWR 4300 Class was designed by G.J Churchward, designated for mixed traffic services starting in 1911. They proved popular, and a total of 342 locomotives were produced mainly at the GWR Swindon Works. Only two examples have been preserved, both of which are on static display; No.5322 at Didcot Railway Centre which was one of the 11 locos exported to France in World War I and No.7325, previously used on mainline tours such as the "Cathedrals Express", at the Severn Valley Railway. 

DCC Compatibility:

This locomotive is fitted with a DCC chip, but does not feature TTS (sound). Please be aware that this model therefore will be incompatible with analog operation.
